With decades of experience in complex project delivery, enterprise risk management, and leadership development, he has guided teams responsible for some of the most demanding global programs.
Rich previously held senior leadership roles within one of the world's largest architecture, engineering, and design firms, where he helped advance global project manager capability, enterprise risk frameworks, and large-scale operational execution.
